Built by the vice president of the Purington Brick Factory in 1914, this 100+ year old home has been beautifully maintained for over a century. The basement space has a shower, bathroom sink, laundry, kitchenette, kitchen sink, first floor toilet (requires 12 steps to toilet), double pillowtop mattress, large TV and is conveniently located close to Knox College and downtown.
Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. I live on the first and second floor time. you will hear me upstairs.
The shower and bathroom sink are located “en suite” in the space, and the toilet is at the top of the stairs on the first floor..
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7am.
You’ll have a private entrance to the space, and access to the first floor 1/2 bath. You may also use the fenced in outdoor space.
This space is meant as an alternative to a hotel room in Galesburg. It is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located in the center of town.
